Terms of service

Last updated: 23 September 2026

Plain summary: pay for what you use, do not use the platform to harm people, keep your keys safe, and understand that model output needs checking before you rely on it.

1. The agreement

Using Agent Platform means accepting what follows. If you are acting for an organisation, you are confirming you may bind it.

Where a separate signed agreement exists, that agreement wins on any point the two disagree about.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials and API keys to yourself. Activity under your key is treated as yours, so rotate a key the moment you suspect it has leaked.

One account may hold many keys, runtimes and workspaces. You remain responsible for all of them.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to break the law, to attack or degrade systems you do not own, to generate material that sexualises children, to impersonate a real person for deception, or to run large-scale harassment.

Do not attempt to extract another tenant's data, to escape a runtime sandbox, or to resell raw capacity as if it were your own infrastructure without an arrangement covering it.

We may suspend a resource that is actively causing harm, and will tell you why.

4. Your content

What you send and what the models return for you stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run and meter the service on your behalf.

You are responsible for having the right to submit what you submit, and for how you use what comes back. Model output can be wrong; check it before it matters.

5. Payment

The platform is prepaid. Model calls draw down the balance at the catalogue rate for the model that served the request; runtimes and workspaces carry a flat recurring line.

A balance that runs out pauses paid activity rather than silently accruing debt. Rates can change, and a change is published before it applies.

6. Tokens and staking

$AGENT and the units derived from it are utility mechanisms inside the platform. They are not an investment, not a share of anything, and carry no promise of return.

Contract interactions are irreversible and carry the ordinary risks of on-chain software, including bugs. Unwinding a position has a waiting period, published on the staking page.

7. Third parties

Model vendors, hosting providers and chain infrastructure sit behind parts of this service. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to the part they provide.

8. Availability

We work to keep the platform up and will announce planned maintenance. Absent a separate agreement saying otherwise, the service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of service.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your resources and closing the account. We may end the agreement for a serious or repeated breach, or where the law requires it.

On termination, resources are destroyed and any unspent balance is handled as described on the billing page.

11. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect, and continuing to use the platform afterwards means accepting them.
